The Rodman Scholars Program is the honors program for the top 5-6% of each class in the engineering school. Students are selected for their superior academic performance and potential to become the engineering leaders of tomorrow. For more information about us, see the General FAQ or contact us here.

Getting Started

If you have specific questions about the Rodman Scholars Program, get started with the search bar or the Points Of Interest subsection of the navigation bar to the left. If you're not sure what you know and what you need to find out, visit the Site Map or the Table of Contents for some direction. Rodman News

  • The Third Annual Rodman Garden Party will be held on Saturday, September 7th, 2008. The exact time and location have yet to be finalized, but traditionally the Party is held in one of the Pavilion Gardens between the Lawn and the Range in the mid to late afternoon.
  • A ropes course event is currently planned for the weekend of September 20th and 21st from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM on either day. Advisor/advisee pairs (or trios) should decide upon the day that works best for them. Sign ups will be announced closer to the start of classes in the Fall.
  • The Rodman Scholars Program is tentatively planning to hold a Rodman Reunion during Reunion Weekend '09. For more information or if you have suggestions, please contact Christina Stamper and/or Matt Fifer.
  • The Rodman Scholars, after opening up an early 2-0 lead against the Echols Scholars in the Annual Rodman vs. Echols Capture the Flag Challenge, were unable to hold off the late surge of the Echols Scholars, and the event ended with a 2-2 tie between the programs. An official tiebreaker has yet to be scheduled.
